Low Noise Drainage Pipes

ALMAPLAST ULTRA pipes are produced from polypropylene (PP) polymers with the addition of the mineral filler (MF). The primary application of the pipe is drainage of waste water for residential and industrial use.

The pipes are manufactured with integrated connection socket, have compact multilayered wall and come with a corresponding connection seal. The pipe wall is made from a single layer of pure PP with the addition of mineral filler. The pipe is light grey RAL 7035.

Wall thickness of ALMAPLAST ULTRA pipe is higher than the thickness of the ALMAPLAST PLUS 3S pipes. While discharging media through ALMAPLAST ULTRA pipes they emit much less noise than ALMAPLAST PLUS 3S pipes, which means the noise level of ALMAPLAST ULTRA pipes is lower than on ALMAPLAST PLUS 3S pipes. This is because the thicker wall is produced with mineral filler which has the property of good sound absorption, and also provides a larger circumferential rigidity of ALMAPLAST PLUS 3S pipes.

ALMAPLAST PLUS 3S pipes comply with norm HRN EN 1451-1 which specifies the required mechanical and physical properties of pipes and fittings manufactured from PP in the field of drainage and waste water within the building construction.

Pipes are supplied with associated fittings in the appropriate dimensions.
